BOARD MEMBER SPOTLIGHT:
Through different locations, name changes, and many other transitions, William "Bill" Wilson has been there for the Food Bank of Siouxland. A part of the original heart of the Food Bank, then named "Tri-State Food Bank," Bill was part of the board of directors during change from an all volunteer staff to paid staff, and then stepped up as an interim director to ease a changeover period. Bill has held many other roles, including Board President in the 90's, and as an active member of the building committee, especially as the Food Bank of Siouxland relocated to our current home on the corner of 11th and Floyd. Bill is retired from MidAmerican and as a full time business agent with the local union, IBEW 499. He is proud of the increase in donations and distribution that he has seen over the years and feels the Food Bank "couldn't do better." Well, Bill, we thank you for the compliment, and we promise to always try! Thank YOU for your many years of time and service to the Food Bank of Siouxland!
