"Campaign to Feed Siouxland" will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2010. This is the fourth annual Loaves and Fishes, and we are hoping to build on the successes of the first three years. The focus of this campaign is to partner churches with the work of the food bank, fulfilling the biblical directive to feed the hungry. We ask area churches to conduct a second collection that day, and donate the proceeds to the food bank. We ask parishioners to donate $1 each -- a manageable donation that will grow to so much more with our collective efforts. And with just one dollar, the food bank can purchase 13 pounds of food!

Check with your local church to encourage participation...or send your private donation to the food bank. Together, we can make a difference!
