Remember that orders must be placed 36 hours before the desired date. It must be completed by 12:00 PM. Failure to do this may result in an agency not receiving their order.

Warehouse Hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

ONLINE ORDERING
AND REPORTING.
Below is a link to the Primarius Online Portal to order food and report statistics. To gain access you will need your Agency Reference Number, Username, and Password before logging into the web window.

Note: If a partner is in town they must ensure their delivery order correlates with one of the green "IN-TOWN DELIVERIES" icons. Failure to find an In-Town Delivery that works will result in the inability to pick the order or the need to reschedule. Click here to view our delivery calendar.
All Agency Partners are required to complete “Numbers Served” statistics report. These reports should be completed monthly and due by the 15th of the next month. For example, January’s report is due by February 15th. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues with Primarius please contact the Agency Relations Manager.
