3rd Annual KenDUCKY Derby Offers Prize of Kentucky Derby Tickets and Travel Fund

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City and the Food Bank of Siouxland are excited to present the 3rd Annual KenDUCKY Derby where the Grand Champion will win (2) Tickets to the 151st Kentucky Derby, a $500 travel fund, and a Kentucky Derby coffee table book. While this is the third year of the event, this is the first year that the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City will be the Headline Sponsor.  

Cheer on your duck at 10 a.m. on February 21, at the Norm Waitt Sr. South Sioux City YMCA as a waddling of rubber ducks race towards “shore” for a good cause. Ducks purchased through the KenDUCKY Derby will benefit the Food Bank of Siouxland in fighting hunger throughout Siouxland.

At Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City, part of the Churchill Downs Incorporated family, we believe it’s all about coming together as a community, having some fun, and making sure our neighbors have food on their table. This year’s prize is graciously donated by the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City, an affiliate of Churchill Downs Incorporated.

Rules: 

1. Participants may purchase up to 30 ducks maximum. 

2. Participants must purchase at least 1 duck minimum. 

3. Employees of the Food Bank of Siouxland and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sioux City and immediate family members are restricted from participating. 

4. Participants must donate at www.siouxlandfoodbank.org/duck-derby. 

5. Prize is non-transferable.
